Lucas three

Two months old!

This girl has started "sleeping through the night" this week (one 6-7 hr stretch). Yay!!! During the day she likes to cry every time I shut my eyes though so no naps for me. Good thing she's cute.

A cute hat from my boss when we found out we were having a girl..it finally fits! 

Lucas still asks to hold "nally" pretty regularly. I'm glad he hasn't lost interest yet

I made Natalie try on bows today and she was less than enthused to be my little doll.

This looks so much like Derek to me!

Sporting some vintage shades....they were mine when I was 2 or 3! 

5 more weeks with this little lady. she is growing like a weed (and is clearly her daddy's girl in this pic - I think he has given me that exact look several times!)

Lucas playing with baby sis as she wraps up her tummy time workout for the afternoon.  She has to get rescued at the end - sometimes his 'gentle touches' turn a little less than gentle.

Halloween

Newborn costumes are hard to come by (and a waste of money!) so Natalie sported some nikes and a pretend marathon bib and was a runner.  She wore this for all of about 30 minutes. 

Lucas has started to ask to hold Natalie more.  He loses interest after about 2 minutes but its sweet how he talks to her and says "You're adorable Natalie!"

I took Lucas trick or treating with the cousins - Lucas and Caden were ninjas, Elli was Minnie Mouse and Hannah was a care bear.  

Natalie and I went to see Lucas in his 'costume parade at school.  It lasted about 6 minutes but was cute to see all the kids dressed up.
