Happy 7 Months!

We entered Lucas in "Baby Idol" on http://www.kdwb.com/.  Winner (baby with the most votes after 3 rounds) gets $1,000.  You can vote once a day and round 1 starts MONDAY!  I will post a link on Monday morning....don't forget to vote!

Lucas had his first tooth break through!  Both of his bottom teeth are coming in and one poked through last night.  He is surprisingly happy these days so I guess it's doesn't bother him too much? 

He turns 7 months old on Sunday....I teared up last night when I saw a picture from when he was 1 week old.  I can't believe how fast he's growing.

We are practicing high fives, so big, and kisses.  Eating lots of fruits and veggies. Saying Mama and Dada to the right person. Staying busy to say the least! 

Derek's hat from when he was a baby....almost too small already!  I had to unhook the back strap just to get it on Lucas' head.

 

This is what we now wake up to!  The crib will officially be lowered this weekend and I keep having dreams that he climbs out of his crib in the middle of the night.  I am seriously considering one of those tents you put over the crib....or is that as bad as kid leashes?  :)
